1: How to evaluate your software before purchasing

We provide a free trial version for majority of Fireebok programs for you to try before place an order.

Most trial versions have no functional differences from the registered versions. There are some use limitations in the trial version. Note that the restrictions are different from product to product. You're able to check the limitation of the trial version in the tutorials. Just download the trial version on our website to try it for free. If you have any confusions, please feel free to contact us.

After you place an order successfully, we will send you the registration code to remove all limitations of the trial version.

2: Is technical support available for trial version users?

Sure, if you encounter any technical problem when using the trial version of our applications, contact us with the problem and your computer details (e.g. Software version, OS version). Our customer service team will get back to you with suggested solutions in 24 hours (work days) or in 48 hours (weekend).

3: What is your Upgrade Policy?

We provide free life-time updates for majority of Fireebok applications as long as you're a registered customers. If you've forgotten your registration code, go to our Support Center to retrieve your registration information for the software you've purchased.

If you want to upgrade your paid application to a more powerful application of our company, you just need to pay the price difference. Please contact our customer service team and describe your situation clearly.

4: Is it secure to place an order on your Website?

Absolutely secure. Our website (fireebok.com) is certificated by McAfee and Norton security. Whenever you're browsing our site, downloading our products and placing an order online, we use Sitelock Advance plans to protect each visitor's privacy data.

We use Digital River to process transactions, Digital River (SWREG, RegNow) is industry-leading eCommerce processor. And SSL encryption is used to protect all the transaction information during the whole payment process.

5: How to retrieve the registration code?

If one of the following happen to you:

 

You didn't receive the registration code promptly;

You can't register the software successfully;

You lost your registration code after re-installed your computer;

Other reasons...

 

You're able to get the registration information through our Retrieve Registration Code using your Licensed email or Order number. Or if you've lost your licensed email or the order number, or they are not recognized by our system, feel free to contact us for help.

To get fast response, please included the Order Number and/or the email you use to purchase our product, or attach the confirmation email sent from the payment platform (RegNOW). This will help us find your order quickly.

6: What to do if I didn't receive the registration code after placing the order?

You're recommended to confirm whether your order has been successfully processed by checking on these pages (choose one depending what payment platform you've chosen):

As long as your order is validated, our system will automatically send you a registration e-mail including the software download line and the registration code for that software. If you have not found the registration email in your email box, check whether it's sent to the SPAM or Trash Bin folder. Also, the delay of Internet or system glitches will result in failure to receive your registration code.

Alternatively, you can retrieve the registration code via our support team by providing your Licensed e-mail or Order number. Please included the Order Number and/or the email you use to purchase our product, or attach the confirmation email sent from the payment platform (RegNOW).

7: How can I know whether the order is completed successfully?

Generally speaking, once the order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the payment platform: RegNow or PayPal. After this e-mail, you will receive a registration e-mail from us within an hour, please check both inbox and the spam folder to see if the auto-generated email is marked as spam.

If your order is successful, but you have not received the registration e-mail after 1 hours, you can try to retrieve the registration code information from our support team.

8: Is it possible for me to cancel my order after placing it?

Please kindly understand that order cancellation is not supported once the order is processed successfully. There are accepted circumstances that refunds will be approved, please refer to Refund Policy.

9: What should I do if I purchased the wrong product?

Fireebok software offers a free trial version, so customers can 'test-drive' before deciding to purchase. We strongly suggest you try Fireebok software prior to purchase to avoid wrong ordering.

If you need the PC version of the product, but you purchased the Mac version. Or just the opposite, please contact the support team to exchange to the right product.

10: Can I use the license for Mac to activate the PC version of the product?

The Mac license can't activate the PC version of the product, and the license for PC can't activate the Mac verion of the product. If you purchase the wrong version of product, please contact the support team to exchange to the right product

11: What payment options are available?

12: Why the price I paid for was more than the price listed on the website?

We only charge the price as listed on the website, and the extra part of the price is tax fee. And you can also delete the Download Protection service, if you dont' need it.

13: What is your license policy?

We provide Two kinds of Licenses; they are Personal License, Family License. The difference is the number of iOS devices allowed to be used with the program. Take iPhone Cleaner for example, Personal License supports only 1~3 iOS device while Family License allows up to 10 iOS devices and business License has no limitations.

14: Is it secure to buy your products with a discount from other websites?

Fireebok has many partners, and you may have a chance to get our programs from them. However, we can’t guarantee that their servers are as secure as ours. Please always pay attention to the security of websites when you place an order. If you are suspicious of the websites authority, please contact us to check.

15: Why was I charged twice for one order?

This can happen when one of the following situations occurs.

1. There was a failed purchase before the validated order, and it was charged as well. In this case, you are suggested to contact the bank to remove this charge.

2. It seems to be a double charge while this is the difference of displaying online statement. Pre-authorization and split settlements might appear as separate items when you are viewing an online statement, however you have not been charged twice. The pre-authorization will expire once the payment is confirmed, but it can seem different before that.

3. There is possibility that you click the payment button twice when confirming the payment or there is page refresh in the process of submitting the order details.

16: What is your after-sale service policy?

Life-time free support and upgrade service is provided for customers who have purchased full version products. If upgrading the program needs you to input a new registration code, our support team will reply as soon as possible after you contact us with the order details.

Please note: free items including giveaway licenses don’t support free lifetime upgrades and lifetime customer service.
