Download and install Media Meta on your Mac, which is a video and audio metadata editor, supports mp3, m4a, mp4, mov, m4v and more media files.
Run Media Meta, import all video files or a folder contains video files into Media Meta. It will display the video metadata tags of the selected video files.
Select all video files in Media Meta with Command + A keyboard, and then click Quick Action -> Remove metadata of all media(s), it will work.
When you import the changed videos into Media Meta again, or open them with VLC player, all video metadata will not exist.
