How to fix M1 Mac can’t download iOS/iPad application?

Some Mac users report that their M1 Mac can't download iPhone and iPad apps from the Mac Store. When you click the Get button, it just rotates in a gray circle and nothing happens. It just becomes a blue cloud icon with arrows - when you click it also just shows the rotating gray circle without downloading anything. If you just got a new M1 Mac to download some iPhone apps to your Mac, but it didn't work out, it will be so frustrating. Resolve this problem? You’re in the right place!
