How to fix app can’t be deleted from App Library on iPhone?

Do you have the experience of deleting the entire iPhone application folder? iPhone provides the function of deleting application folders from the iPhone screen, but it just deletes the folder instead of uninstalling all the applications in the folder. In addition, the applications in the deleted folder will not appear on the iPhone screen, you can only find them in the application library. But recently some iPhone users reported that they can’t delete these disappearing applications from App Library. When they tap the app icon in App Library, there is only the Share App option, not Delete App option. How to fix it?

There are two reasons for this problem. One is that the app is an offload unused app, and the app itself has been automatically deleted by the AppStore, but keep the app’s documents and data. This type of application does not support deletion in the application library. Another situation is that the delete permission of some applications has been restricted by iPhone Restriction feature.
