How to fix Apple Watch data not sync with iPhone?

A few weeks ago, my Apple Watch 7 no longer synced health and fitness data with my iPhone 13, and I couldn't use the "Set as current watch face" option to set up my Apple Watch. All apps on Apple Watch (such as Messages, Calls, Fitness) work fine. I finally solved these problems and I will share the solution with you in this article.

Apple Watch use Bluetooth to connect and sync health and fitness data with your iPhone. Please check your iPhone and Apple Watch turn on the Bluetooth feature, because one of our careless touches may turn off the bluetooth function. Go to Apple Watch Settings -> Bluetooth -> Turn it on. Go to your iPhone Settings-> Bluetooth -> Turn it on.

(Press and hold the side button( under the Digital Crown) until you see the Power Off slider. Drag the Power Off slider. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.) It will work.
