Reset All iPhone Settings + Exchanging iPhone battery

Step 1: Open iPhone Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset All Settings. This resets all of your preference settings, returning them to the defaults.
Step 2: After the resetting has completed, use the iPhone to phone battery drain till 0%. Make sure you can't boot up it again.
Step 3: Then Charge your iPhone back to 100% and leave it charge for another 10 minutes.
Step 4: Then Repeat the step 2 and step 3 again.
Drain the battery till 0% then recharge it till 100% to calibrate the iPhone battery. It can fix your iPhone battery and charging issue.
Update iOS version to iOS 11
I suggest to backup your iPhone to iTunes, and try to upgrade to iOS 11. The official version of iOS 11 will release on Tuesday, September 19. A lot of users with the same problem reported their problems to be resolved after installing iOS11 beta. So Apple must have fixed this issue in iOS 11.
