Download and install One Bookmark application, which is a bookmark manager app that provides the ability to sort Safari bookmarks and bookmark folders.

Run One Bookmark application, choose Manage Safari BookMarks, it will list all Safari bookmarks and bookmark folders.

Click Sort bookmark by button, choose “Sort All bookmarks by name A~Z Folder First” or other option, or select part bookmarks and bookmark folders in One Bookmark, and choose “Sort Selected bookmarks by Address A~Z URL first” or other option. Then it will rearrange all bookmarks and bookmark folders.

Finally, click the Apply Changes button to save and sync Safari bookmarks. After reopening Safari application, all the rearranged bookmarks will be applied.
