Apple updated the new Reminders application in iOS 13 with a smart list, talk to Siri, a new quick toolbar and more features. When you open the Reminders application first time after upgrading iOS 13, A welcome to Reminders screen will prompt you to upgrade all reminders. But many iPhone users reported that their old reminders have been lost from the iPhone after the upgrade process, and they can’t find and access their reminders on other iOS devices and Mac devices. How to fix this issue? This article will provide some solutions to help you to get back the missing reminders.

Lost reminders on the iPhone after upgrading iOS 13

1. Retrieve the reminders from iCloud

a). Open Safari app on this iPhone, visit www.icloud.com

b). Login with your Apple ID, then access Reminders on iCloud.

2. Recover the reminders from the iPhone

a). First download and install Fone Rescue on the computer(PC or Mac)

b). Run Fone Rescue, and Select “Recover From iOS Device” mode, it will display your iPhone information, then click Start Scan.

c). Wait a while to analyze and scan iPhone data, and when the scan is complete, you will find all reminders, including missing reminders. Click Note & Others tab and choose Calendar & Reminder to view.

Can't view reminders other iOS devices and Mac devices

If you can’t access and view your reminders with macOS computer, please update macOS to the latest macOS 10.15.

If you can’t access and view your reminders with iPad device, please update iPad to the latest iPadOS 13.
