Recently some iPhone users encountered a Safari issue after updating iOS 13/13.1, some website pages suddenly display no content for some reason. Quit and reopen the Safari application and the website page will work, but the next time the page is loaded, a blank page will appear again. If you’re experiencing this problem, this article will show you how to solve it.
1. Check the network connection
If you can’t load a website page with the current network connection, have a try to change to another different network with cellular data or a Wifi network and then load the website again.
2. Restart your iPhone
Turn off your iPhone and turn it on again.
3. Clear Safari cache and other website data
Go to iPhone Settings -> Safari -> Tap Clear History and Website data, then tap Clear history and Data to confirm.
4. Turn Safari Experimental Features off
Go to iPhone Settings > Safari > Advanced > Experimental Features and turned everything off.
5. Deselect request Desktop website
When you load a website page, tap the AA icon at the left of the website address, an action website menu will pop-up, tap the Website Settings -> turn Request Desktop Website off, then tap Done.
