If you’re using macOS 10.14 and later, please add Photo Exifer application to the Full Disk Access list(System Settings/Preferences -> Privacy Security -> Full Disk Access) to get the read & write permission of photo library. Launch Photo Exifer app and click Photo Library to load all photos and videos from Apple Photos app.
Once the scan is complete, select the photos you wish to transfer titles for. Click on "Quick Action" and choose "Copy Photo Library Title to Photo Library Caption/Description”. This action will efficiently copy the title data to the caption field for the selected photos. When you reopen the Photo application, you'll notice the updated captions reflecting the copied titles. Additionally, if you have iCloud Photos enabled, these EXIF changes will seamlessly sync to your iPhone Photos app.
