It offers features such as selecting and deleting multiple bookmarks and folders, identifying and removing duplicate and dead bookmarks, sorting and editing bookmarks and folders, and more. Download and install One Bookmark app on your Mac, and add One Bookmarks app to the Full Disk Access list to get the read & write permission of Safari bookmarks. (Open System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Full Disk Access)

Launch One Bookmark and select "Manage Safari Bookmarks" button. It will display all Safari bookmarks and bookmark folders. Select multiple bookmarks and click the "Manage Bookmarks" button, then choose "Delete selected Bookmarks". Finally, click the "Apply Changes" button to save the changes.

2. Deleting Multiple Bookmarks Using Safari

Safari browser also provides an option to edit bookmarks, allowing you to delete multiple Safari bookmarks or folders at once. Open the Safari application and navigate to Bookmarks -> Edit Bookmarks.
