Photos doesn't export keywords in EXIF data on Mac?

We received some feedback that if you add or change keywords in the original JPG image in the Photo application of the new Photos 6.0 application, it will not include the changed keywords in the exif data when you export the photo with the JPG file format, although we have selected Title, Keywords an Caption option in the export selection. However, if we change the exported image type to TIFF, it will contain keyword information. But when you export jpg photos to tiff, it also brings new problems and you will face the loss of other camera exif data from the photos. Is there any other better solution?
