For Android Phone device user
1. Connect the flash drive with a computer, then connect your Android Phone device with the computer by a USB cable
2. Browse the phone device using Explorer with MTP(Media device mode), not PTP(Camera device mode).
3. Access the WhatsApp media location: WhatsApp/Media/WhatsApp Voice Notes/
4. Copy the .optus and .adts audio files to the flash drive.
For iPhone device user
1. Connect the flash drive with a computer which has installed iTunes, then connect your iPhone device with the computer by a USB cable.
2. We can't access iPhone device directly, here we use WhatsApp Pocket to extract WhatsApp audio and other media files from iPhone. Download and install WhatsApp Pocket on the computer
3. Run WhatsApp Pocket and click your iPhone icon to scan.
4. Click WhatsApp Media files tab, and click “Export all audios” and “Export all files” button
5. Choose the flash drive as the save location.
6. You can use WhatsApp Pocket -> Tool -> Convert opus audio file to the wav file.
