1. If you have an iTunes backup with official version of iOS 11 that you made before installed iOS 12 beta.
If you completed the iTunes backup process, you need to put the iPhone into the Recovery Mode
a. Make sure you are using the latest version of iTunes
b. Connect your iPhone with the computer.
c. While your iPhone is connected, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time (Side button and volume down on iPhone 7 or later). Do not release the buttons when you see the Apple logo. Keep holding until your iPhone or iPad enters Recovery mode.
d. Click the Restore option when it appears, It will ease the device.
You can set up your device from iTunes Backup after the recovery process is complete. Then the iOS 11 version of your iPhone will go back to your iTunes backup.
Finally, you can update to iOS 12 in your iPhone Settings -> General -> Update
2. If you don’t have the official version of iOS 11 backup before installing iOS 12 beta.
First you need to the beta Profile in iPhone. Go to iPhone Settings -> General -> Profiles -> iOS Beta Software Profile -> Remove Profile
Enter your passcode if prompted and tap Delete once more.
Put the iPhone into the Recovery Mode
a. Make sure you are using the latest version of iTunes
b. Connect your iPhone with the computer.
c. While your iPhone is connected, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time (Side button and volume down on iPhone 7 or later). Do not release the buttons when you see the Apple logo. Keep holding until your iPhone or iPad enters Recovery mode.
d. Click the Update option when it appears, It will ease the device.
After the update process has finished, your iPhone will update to iOS 12 official.
