1. Restart Mail application

Hold down shift + option + control +R on your keyboard immediately after your Mac begins to restart. Continue holding both keys until you see the Apple logo or a spinning globe. Then your Mac will boot normally.
3. Logout iCloud application account
Other Mac users think this issue is related to iCloud application accounts, which can be solved by logging out of the iCloud application account. Go to System Preferences -> Apple ID -> iCloud, uncheck the applications such as Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Safari, Note and more using iCloud account.
