Two solutions to recover the deleted photos and footage from GoPro camera

The GoPro camera development has been the fifth generation of products, and the update speed is getting faster and faster. Every generation of GoPro will bring us some surprises. Hero 5: it's still the perfect little square motion camera, but the Hero 5 Session and Black can shoot 4K video and voice control. And now you can make and edit the video with GoPro Quick application on your computer and mobile phone.

But some GoPro users feedback that they have ever encountered a issue about recovering the deleted footage.

When importing my videos and photos from the go pro 4 hero silver, all the files were deleted from the sd card. Sadly enough, the files were not imported at all. They were supposed to go to an external HD, but that didn't work. Nonetheless, the go pro app decided to delete the files even though they weren't imported. Is there any way I can fix this?

GoPro Plus Cloud Service is a cloud service to back up photos and footages from GoPro camera, your GoPro Hero 5 Black or Hero5 Session camera can set up auto-backup on camera settings. If you are using GoPro 5 device with the wifi connection, When that's set, the GoPro will upload the footage when it detects your home Wi-Fi network, and your camera is fully charged.
