The simplest way we recommend using third-party software - Media Meta, which can provide a feature to batch change the creation date of video file, or copy the camera date of video files to the creation date with one click. Download and install Media Meta on your Mac.

Run Media Meta on your Mac, and import the exported video clips into Media Meta, select them in Media Meta, and click the Quick Action -> and choose the “Copy Shooting/Recording date to Creation date” menu item.
