1. Check Screen Recording app
First there seems to be tied to applications having screen recording permission, go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Screen Recording, uncheck Google Chrome and other application, and make sure no apps are selected.
2. Check Which app can control your Mac
Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy -> Privacy tab -> Accessibility, check which app can control your computer, please unselect or remove them.
3. Check Screen Sharing, Remote login and Remote Management
Go to System Preferences > Sharing -> Screen Sharing, Remote login and Remote Management. Disconnect and turn off items under Screen Sharing, Remote login and Remote Management option.
4. Check Mac startup items and service
Next we need to check Mac startup items and service, go to System Preferences > Users & Groups -> Login Items to check some auto-login applications. And you can access ~/Library/LaunchAgents, ~/Library/LaunchDaemons/ to check some startup daemons have been added by third party softwares. 5. Uninstall recently installed application
If you've recently installed some suspicious programs, you can uninstall them. Removing the application itself to Trash does not completely delete all application files. You can use PowerSuite - App Uninstaller feature to completely uninstall application.
