Are you used to making iPhone backups on your computer? After updating to the latest macOS Monterey, do you want to know where the iPhone backups in macOS Monterey are stored? Open Finder and access Finder main menu -> Go -> Go to Folder… enter “~/Library” and click Go button, and then access the subfolder“Application Support/MobileSync/Backup”, it will contain a backup folder named by your iPhone device UDID, which is the content of your iPhone backup files. You can view some configuration files there to see more detailed information about the backup.

Select an iPhone backup and click the Start Scan button.
After the scan is completed, click Photo & Video and other tab to view iPhone photos, videos, contacts, messages, notes, third party application data in the iPhone backup, and you can select them to export.
