Solution 1. Recover the iPhone text messages and iMessages from iPhone directly

Step 1. Make sure you have installed iTunes on your computer before. Connect your iPhone with the computer by USB cable and run Fone Rescue. It supports all iOS device and iOS version, including the latest iPhone X and iOS 11. Choose "Recover from iOS Device" tab, it will display your iPhone information and click "Start Scan" button.

Step 2. The scanning time depends on your iPhone data and storage, you can preview all iPhone text messages and iMessages under "Contact & Messages & Call log" tab after the scanning has completed. And you can find the message attachment under "Message Attachment" tab.

Solution 2. Extract the iPhone messages and other iPhone data from iTunes backup
