1. Use mdls command
Using the mdls command, we can view some metadata of the video file, such as creation date, video encoding, video type, video bit rate, etc. Run terminal.app(/Applications/Utilities), enter mdls video file path
2. Use Media Meta
If you need to view more metadata of the video file, such as video title, copyright, actors, directors, artwork, description, etc., you can download and install the Media Meta application on your computer, which is the video and audio metadata of Mac editor. It can display all the video metadata in the product.
